The Big Goal

Turning Your Old Tech Into Life-Changing Opportunities

WHAT IS the big Green goal?

The Big Green Goal is a simple, powerful way for businesses to turn unused technology into positive social and environmental impact.

This new service from the Street Soccer Foundation, delivered in partnership with ICT Reverse, enables companies to recycle unwanted IT equipment responsibly – while directly supporting The Big Goal campaign and helping to transform young lives across the UK.

By taking part, your organisation can:

  • Recycle unwanted technology responsibly
  • Reduce environmental impact and electronic waste
  • Support life‑changing programmes for young people
  • Build a contribution towards your future membership of The Big Goal

What can be recycled?

Organisations are encouraged to gather any old, unused or unwanted technology from their workplace, including:

  • Laptops and desktop computers
  • Mobile phones and tablets
  • Servers and networking equipment
  • Monitors and peripherals
  • Other redundant IT assets

The Big Green Goal is delivered in partnership with ICT Reverse, a trusted provider of IT asset recovery and recycling services. ICT Reverse manages the entire recycling process securely, ethically and in line with environmental best practice, and donates any recovered value to the Street Soccer Foundation in support of The Big Goal campaign.

THE BIG Green GOAL
PROCESS

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Collect your unused tech - Identify redundant or surplus IT equipment across your organisation.

2. Complete the enquiry form - Submit a quick enquiry using the form on this page.

3. ICT Reverse handles the process - ICT Reverse will contact you directly and manage the recycling process from start to finish, including secure collection and data handling.

4. Value is generated and donated - Any value recovered from the recycled equipment is donated by ICT Reverse to the Street Soccer Foundation, in support of The Big Goal campaign, on behalf of your organisation.

5. Your organisation is credited - The donation is allocated to your organisation and recorded as a credit that can be used towards your future membership of The Big Goal.

WHY TAKE PART?

The Big Green Goal connects environmental responsibility with social impact.

Funds generated through this initiative directly support the Street Soccer Foundation’s work through The Big Goal campaign — helping young people who have experienced homelessness or significant disadvantage to build confidence, skills and brighter futures through football‑led programmes.

At the same time, your organisation demonstrates tangible action across:

a) Environmental sustainability
b) Corporate social responsibility
c) Community impact

Turning recycling into

membership credit

The Big Green Goal enables organisations to build a designated contribution pot over time.
For example:

Unused Tech

Your organisation recycles unused technology on several occasions during the year

value

£2,500 of value is recovered in total

donation

ICT Reverse donates £2,500 to the Street Soccer Foundation on your behalf

credit

This amount is allocated to your organisation as a Big Green Goal credit

When it comes time to renew your membership of The Big Goal, your allocated credit can be used to offset the cost.

Example:
If your organisation chooses a Gold level membership (£5,000 per year), and you have generated £2,500 through The Big Green Goal, your annual Gold membership would be just £2,500.
